What files do you need for a DFM review?
We prefer 3D CAD files in STEP, IGES, or X_T format, along with 2D drawings in PDF format for tolerances and critical dimensions.
Can you support both mold making and injection molding production?
Yes, we provide full contract manufacturing services from initial tool design and mold making to mass injection molding production and final assembly.
What materials can you process for injection molded parts?
We work with a wide range of engineering plastics including ABS, PC, Nylon (PA6/PA66), POM, PBT, PP, and high-performance polymers like PEEK and Ultem.
Can you sign an NDA before reviewing our engineering drawings?
